With the current Progressive Dynamics REL 60A 4500 Series Inteli-Power Converter Section # PD4560CSV you'll either need to make a jumper or you'll just need to go with the Converter Section # PD4560LICSV instead, so your power center can handle the Lithium battery style. To be able to completely switch between both modes you'll need a whole new power center with the part # PD4560K18LS8.
